About this event

Welcome to the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) 2021 Virtual College and University Educators Workshop registration page.

**WHILE THE EVENTBRITE PAGE IS NOW CLOSED, PLEASE EMAIL cfracademic@cfr.org  IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO REGISTER. **

The purpose of the workshop is to convene professors from private, public, and community colleges from across the country to participate in substantive expert briefings and group discussions on foreign policy issues, learn about the wide variety of CFR and Foreign Affairs academic resources available, and share best practices and educational tools for bringing international affairs into the classroom.

On Thursday, March 4, the virtual workshop will begin at 3:00 p.m. (EST) with a conversation on the 46th president's foreign policy inbox and an introduction to the CFR International Affairs Fellowship for Tenured International Relations Scholars, followed by an informal meet and greet with fellow professors. We will resume the following day on Friday, March 5, at 12:30 p.m. (EST). Plenary sessions will cover the future of work and teaching with CFR resources, while interactive break-out groups will discuss best practices for teaching in the virtual classroom.

We encourage you to join as much of the workshop as your schedule allows. All sessions will take place via Zoom, and meeting access instructions will be provided to confirmed registrants on Wednesday evening.

For questions or more information, please contact Veronica Bernie at cfracademic@cfr.org or 212.434.9837.

We look forward to connecting virtually!
